Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn has been an actress for more than 20 years. Her most famous role was that of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding supporting Performance on a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with acting in the Preparatory School she attended before her family moved to Ohio during the latter part of 1970. She attended Northwestern University to study theatre as well as the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for several years, before attempting TV and movie role. Anna was cast as Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. In the early 90s she appeared as a regular guest in TV and film like Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock, a character that she played for a period of two seasons during Deadwood's 2nd season. Skyler was her role in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her characters. Gunn has also appeared on the stage to play in the David Schwimmer-directed production of Sex With Strangers. She was also a part of the audio drama podcast series of four parts called Numbered Days, which was released in 2022. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The drama's tension and final ending mirrors the last decades in the story of Walter White.
